Introducing Raclette to the Creperie Bouchon Dinner Menu for Fall & Winter!
Raclette is a dish indigenous to parts of Switzerland and, of course, France. The Raclette cheese is heated, traditionally in front of a fire and now at the Creperie, on an electric table-top grill. The cheese is then scraped onto your plate along with boiled or steamed potatoes, other vegetables, bread and charcuterie. The emphasis in raclette dining is on relaxed sociable eating and drinking. It’s perfect for couples or small groups of friends. Most importantly, for dessert, there are very special French version of s’mores! Bon appetit!
